I know it’s hard to believe, but yes, it is already March! The year is soaring by!
We are working very hard in class. We are currently exploring 2-D Shapes in math. The students are having lots of fun learning about angles, polygons, and quadrilaterals.
Please continue to have your child study their multiplication math facts at home. It is very important that they become fluent in the facts. Please let me know if you need additional resources.
Spring break is right around the corner. There will not be any school on Friday, March 21st, as this is a teacher workday. The week of 3/24-3/28 is spring break. School will resume on Monday, March 31st.
FCAT is the week of April 14th. More information will be coming home soon about the test and ways to eliminate stress.
