Summer Opportunities

Pre-college summer programs give high school students a taste of what life on a college campus will be like. Students in these programs enroll in challenging classes and can earn Dual Enrollment credit in some programs. Below are some institutions in Florida that offer pre-collegiate programs. Bank of America Student Leaders Program

This program recognizes outstanding young people who lead and serve in their school, community and beyond.   Bank of America will connect Student Leaders to tools and resources that will help them make communities better.

 

Once selected, Student Leaders will:

 

  • Participate in an eight-week, hands-on, experiential summer internship with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Florida, a non-profit organization www.bgccf.org
  • Attend a week-long, all-expenses-paid Student Leadership Summit in Washington, D.C.  
  • Develop valuable civic, social, and business leadership skills
  • Connect with like-minded students in your community and across the country
