Sticking to New Year Resolutions

Every year people around the world make New Year resolutions and try to stick to them all year.

Most New Year resolutions are to lose weight, eating healthier, and to stop procrastinating on things.

Gabriel Rodriguez, sophomore said, “My New year resolution would be to try and get even better at soccer.”

It is very hard to stick to your new year resolution and we all know that. You lose interest in meeting your goal and never fulfill your resolution.

Some tips on helping you succeed are to make a realistic plan and if at first you don’t succeed try again. Another smart thing to do to stick to New Year resolutions is to plan ahead you should set weekly goals and monthly goals.

You should also tell people what your resolution is so they can help you reach your goal and you should always start small then work your way up.
