Open each PUZZLE PIECE link below. You will need to launch Inventor and complete each item as a part file. The measurements are all within the drawings. Use any Inventor sketch method we have learned, including constraints, extrusions, etc. Be sure to use the part names (BLUE PART, GREEN PART, etc.) and save them them to your student ID account. I would make a separate folder called PUZZLE and put the .ipt files there. IT IS CHALLENGING, BUT YOU CAN DO THIS!
SURPRISE ENDING! You may have noticed that when you complete the FINAL ASSEMBLY, that you are missing two parts needed to make the cube a complete solid. Your final task is to make two more .ipt files and then add them to the assembly. Make them to any new color of your choice and SAVE them appropriately.
FINAL UPLOAD INSTRUCTIONS: Completing this project successfully means that you have six puzzle parts (.ipt) and one assmbly (.asm). Export all of these to .dwf files and submit them to this assignment (1.5.11) on the PLTW LMS. Use the Choose File button to attach the Assembly (dwf). To attach all of the part files (dwf), use the +Add Another File link each time you attach one. Click SUBMIT ASSIGNMENT after all files are attached.
