My Best Friend’s Wedding is a American romantic comedy film directed by P.J. Horgan, starring Julia Roberts. This film centers around three main characters that are Julianne Potter, Michael O’Neal and Kimmy Wallace. This film has an intention kind of like anime, when two girls both love a guy and they compete with each other to turn her heart. This movie has some moments that are really sad but it also brings up many funny moments between our characters. And romance is one of the indispensable characteristics of this film. Michael has to make decision between his lifelong friend and a young girl who is his girlfriend. The movie will bring out a lot of emotion to the viewers. So how will Michael face this, who’s he going to choose?
- The Vow
The Vow is an American romantic drama film directed by Michael Sucsy and written by Abby Kohn. This film revolves around the lives of newlyweds. They lived so happily until they got into a car accident. This film might be sad but it also brings up many romantic moments. Our main character is Piaget Collins and her husband Leo, who got in a car accident. Immediately they are rushed to the emergency room, when they regain consciousness Leo is normal, while his wife has lost her memories. Leo’s life starts changing from that day when Piaget didn’t recognize him because her memories from 6 to 7 years before was lost. But Leo still doesn’t give up and tries to bring her memories back. That’s one of the things that make the movie even more fun and exciting for the viewer when watching it.
- Me Before You
Me Before You is a romantic drama film directed by Thea Sharrock and adapted from English author Jojo Moyes’s 2012 novel of the same name. The movie is about characters, Will Traynor and Louisa Clark. At the beginning of the film, our character Louisa has just been fired, which is is the way our main characters meet each other. They immediately fall in love and unfortunately face a problem as they are no longer dating. Will is no longer living in real life because his motorcycle accident two years prior caused damage in his brain. When Louisa hears the story she begins to love him more than ever but Will doesn’t think so, and he wants Louisa to break up with him and find someone who can take care of her until his last breath. After that, many situations were created in the film to show how much they mean to each other and the romance isn’t missing.
- La La Land
La La Land is an American musical-romantic comedy-drama film directed by Damien Chazelle. This film is kind of fun and not that romantic, but it also shows how our main characters develop their emotions through their hobbies which is music. They both like music and they have a same perspective about music. They both love each other but they do not trust one another and worry about their future. But after all, their love still does not fade.
- Every Day
Every Day is an upcoming American romantic-drama directed by Michael Sucsy and based on novel by David Levithan. The film will be released in February 23, 2018. The film revolves around Rhiannon, the main character.. She falls in love with a spirit named A, who changes into a different body and destination every time he wakes up to a new day. Rhiannon has to find out who A is in a different body, and every day they search for each other. At the beginning Rhiannon, doesn’t believe that, but after A convinced her she finally believes, and accepts it as a challenge for their love, but it begins to take a toll. The movie will bring to you many funny and romantic moments.
