In their last game before the Metro Conference Championships, the Braves lost to Lake Highland Preparatory at North Shore.

Freshman Nicholas Bessire, who has been leading the boys these past weeks, kept it going with his score at 35 this week. Bessire shot a birdie on hole one and made par on hole six.

Senior Joshua Maldonado followed right behind Bessire’s score by making par on hole 5, making total a 42, and junior Christopher Johnson shooting a 43.

Junior Nicholas Duffy and Johnson posted good plays, both making par on hole one. The boys ended the game 166-150.

This was the team’s last regular game of the season.  Now they will move on to the Metro Conference Championships at North Shore on Oct. 8. The boys’ regular season ends 7-3.
