Here is some important information about Tuesday’s I Love a Book Day parade:
2nd grade will line-up outside of our classrooms at 9:00. We will then go down the 500 hallway toward 3rd grade and out the doors to the car rider area. We will walk up the sidewalk to the entrance of the school and enter through the office. Then, we will go through the cafeteria before coming down the main hallway near the media center. Parents are asked to line-up outside the media center to enjoy the finale of the parade. 3rd-5th grade students will be lined-up at different spots along the parade route.
Also, please note that in 2nd grade students are allowed to wear outfits that enhance their body mask posters, but they are not allowed to wear “Halloween costumes.” Thanks for your cooperation with this.
I Love a Book Day is a highlight of the school year! See you Tuesday!
Teach-In 2017 is quickly approaching on Wednesday, November 15th. This event is a great opportunity for students to see how many of the skills they are learning in school transfer to the “real world.” We would love to have as many parents as possible come in to share their interesting skills, jobs, talents, interests and hobbies. If you are interested, please complete the registration form and return it to school with your child. Thanks! 2017 Teach-In Form
