TCHS student, Viviana Bittner stated, “In the movie, they brought the old characters that were from the first movie, which was the best thing that they could have done, for example to two doctors, Dr. Newton and Gottlieb. Raleigh Becket (the lead from the first movie) wasn’t in the movie or was even talked about, which is something to look for in the future movies to come out. The plot was amazing it had so many turned and you could not predict what would happen next. Maybe the reason why people that don’t like the movie believe that Jack was not like his father so people couldn’t have liked that. The things I want to see in the future movies from them, is the promise that was made at the end of the movie to get rid of all the kaiju.” We are looking for more movies of Pacific Rim for the years to come.
