On Thursday your child will be bringing home information about a special science project. Our current unit is all about animals and the students will be creating animal habitat dioramas about an animal/environment of their choice. The project is due Friday, May 1st and is worth 25 points. I am attaching the directions and presentation form in case anyone needs an extra copy, as well as some example projects. Please let me know if you have any questions.
There are a few important guidelines:
- Animals must be real (no animal legends)
- Animals must be wild (no domestic house pets)
- Animals cannot be extinct (no dinosaurs)
- The habitat must be natural (no aquariums, houses, farms, zoos, cages, etc.)
