The Waterford Lakes Chick-Fil-A decided to partner up with Timber Creek during homecoming week to enjoy the festivities. The Timber Creek homecoming game this Friday, October 20th, will be called the Waterford Lakes Chick-Fil-A Classic. At the game, there will be a Chick-Fil-A fan zone with games and prizes for students and participants to enjoy. In preparation for the game, Chick-Fil-A held an event during Timber Creek’s lunches to promote awareness for the event. Students were offered a chance to win prizes at a game booth. The prizes includes t-shirts, sunglasses, and stuffed cows.
Chick-Fil-A generously fed the Timber Creek football team after their game on Thursday, October 19th. They also provided the players with goodie bags. The Timber Creek cheerleading team was also at Chick-Fil-A this past Tuesday, October 17th, for family night. They performed cheers and dances for all of the customers.
Students enjoyed Chick-Fil-A’s participation in their spirit week. “I think it’s great how Chick-Fil-A partnered up with Timber Creek because it was for a good cause and everyone loves Chick-Fil-A,” said senior Gabriel Pluguez. The games and activities were a great way to bring the school together with their community.
