There needs to be more time in between classes so students can show up to class on time without receiving a HERO pass or getting marked tardy. The crowding in our Timber Creek hallways are out of control and result in students showing up late to class. This isn’t a choice for most students; some kids have to go from upstairs 400 to downstairs 600 and it is impossible to reach that destination under 5 minutes.

There is too much traffic in our hallways. Either the hallways need to be expanded or the time frame in between classes needs to be expanded. It is unfair that us, as students are getting blamed for showing up late to class when there is nothing we can do about it because of traffic.

If we just extended the time in between each of every class we could all have a little more time to get to class and not have to worry about getting a HERO Pass every single day. This would be a great idea and would serve a great purpose here at Timber Creek.

“My backpack always falls off my shoulder and it’s ridiculous,” says senior Elias Fontanez.
