FCA stands for Fellowship of Christian Athletes, it’s an organization where Christians can gather together and strengthen their faith with God. Our goal is to create Christians role models for the youth and athletes of our nation. Here at Timber Creek we have our own FCA group where we meet every Wednesday during A and B lunch. At these meetings we talk about God and how to be better followers of Jesus. We have many special guests and have donuts every week for the members of FCA. We encourage any Christians to come to our meeting, we accept and welcome all new comers!!
Last week at FCA, our meeting was based on anxiety and how it can really effect our lives as Christians. We talked about how to deal with it. We started with looking for the root of your problem and examine the core or your fear and what you believe about God and yourself. Every week we try and talk about things that Christians and teens in general struggle with and how we can overcome our issues.
If you would like any more information about FCA, please contact any of our officers!
