The Tribune staff is very sad to see our seniors go. The Staff is very proud of all that they’ve accomplished during their time as a tribune writer, who are moving on to bigger and better things.  Andrea Rivera: Was the staff photographer and was a staff member for just her senior year. After high school she plans to go to college and major in Deaf education and attend Valencia for two years then transfer to UNF (University of North Florida). Rivera’s favorite high school memories are developing a creative side to writing and leading a prayer circle every morning, she said “it was a very rewarding experience.” Todd Akroyd: Todd was on the tribune staff for two years and was the EIC (Editor in Chief) for his senior year. After high school his plans are, to attend college and major in journalism at Washington State. His favorite high school memory was the New England Patriots winning the super bowl his senior year. Christian Simmons: Was a sports blogger and page editor and was only a member of the staff for one year. His plans after high school are to attend UCF and study journalism, Christian’s favorite high school memory was also grad bash, the senior field trip to Universal. Alberto Maradiaga: Was a staff writer on the tribune and moved into our staff half way through the year and was a great addition. After high school he plans to attend UCF (University of Central Florida) to study psychology. His favorite high school memory was his psychology class his senior year. Kilani Sierra: she was a page editor for the tribune staff and was a staff member for one year. After high school she plans to move to New York to go to college there and study screen writing. Her favorite high school memory was Grad Bash also; she loved spending time with her favorite high school friends. We will miss you tribune staff of 2015
