Last year, Timber Creek raised $15,000 for the Rivalthon event with East River High School. This year, Timber Creek is taking part in Mega Rivalthon, which every school in the district is invited to. Timber Creek’s goal is to raise $20,000 in 2017. All of the donations go to the Children’s Miracle Network program, which raises funds and awareness for 170 member hospitals that provide 32 million treatments each year to children across the U.S. and Canada.
To raise more money through donations, Timber Creek has many sponsors that help cover some of the expenses of this event. Some of these sponsors include Sweet, Publix, Lukas Nursery, Caribe Blu, and many more. There is also a variety of fundraisers taking place before and at the dance. Some of these activities include coin wars, donor drive, spring grams, car washes, food sales, balloon sales, and more. By making a donation, you will be helping out children across the nation and saving lives.
