Timber Creek’s Back The Pack Fundraiser
The Booster Fundraiser is the way that Timber Creek is trying to get funds to install a Turf Field. Timber Creek Dean, Mr. Aliberti said the school is trying to raise around $700,000 from the Fundraiser. Mr Aliberti strongly agreed that the school should install a Turf Field. “It would allow for everybody to participate and use the field,” he said.
A Turf Field will attract more people to partake in events! Mr Aliberti said, “It will allow for TC to have more events on the Field.” Some examples are youth soccer games, flag football games, and many other events involving the community. Having a Turf Field would bring our community closer together!
Although Turf is a good idea it could take as long or longer than the bleachers to install. On top of that, it is very expensive to install, but will save money over time.
