How do I put in a support request for my Destiny questions?

First check to see if any of your questions or requests can be answered using the Follett Destiny Textbook FAQs

Only use http://osr.ocps.net  to request support for:

  • Student accounts that have been enrolled in SMS for more than 2 days, but missing from Destiny (or still assigned to their previous school)
  • Faculty accounts that have been active in SAP for more than 2 days, but missing from Destiny (or still assigned to their previous school)

Only use http://techrequest.ocps.net  to request support for:

  • Slow or unresponsive Destiny activity due to possible network issues
  • Problems associated with Adobe Acrobat, Internet Explorer, or Chrome
  • Problems associated with your printer
  • Creating profiles for users to logon to a computer on the school’s network
