VA Parent Advisory Board Vision / Mission: To assist the Visual Arts Education Department in infusing art into the culture of Dr. Phillips High School by advising and supporting the expansion of educational opportunities for students in all Visual Arts content areas and the (VPA) Art Magnet strand.
