Preparing for the SAT

The SAT’s can be extremely stressful or a breeze, it just depends on how you look at it.

“I feel like it will go well because I have a better handle on math and reading this year then I had last year,” said senior Ishimo Naeemu. “I’m expecting to struggle with reading but I am positive I will succeed in math.”

Junior Brandon Brook had a different point of view. “If it’s anything like the PSAT then not so good. I procrastinated so I didn’t study,” he said. “I am expecting it to go by fast so I can leave.”

Junior David Kelly has his own reasons for needing to do well on the SAT. “I can hope that I will do good on it because I don’t want to pay for college,” said Kelly. “I set my expectations low because if I do average I won’t feel as bad.”
