Mrs. Jennifer Sullivan begins her 30th year as a music educator this year. She taught middle school band for twelve years before finding her true passion is teaching elementary music. She is certified in Orff Schulwerk, a process of teaching music through speech, movement, singing and instrument playing through the Master Class Level. The past two summers she attended the Modern Band Summit  at Colorado State University and uses this training to infuse popular and contemporary music styles into music lessons . She currently serves Florida music educators  as the Executive Director of the Florida Elementary Music Educators Association. Her husband, Brian Sullivan, is the band director at Glenridge Middle School and her two children attend University of Central Florida and Florida State University.
