Debate team excels once again

These are the students of the TCHS Speech and Debate Team who placed at the state championship on the 28^th and 1^st of Feb. and Mar.

2^nd place Public Forum Debate: Matt Smekens and Danny Cajigas

3^rd place Original Oratory: Abigail Loyd

9 place Lincoln Douglas Debate: Tyler Richards

11^th place Public Forum Debate: Xavier Ortega and Matt Laird

Every one of the  seniors advanced to elimination rounds. Their success is a reflection of the team’s unity and work ethic.
