Harmony Cullen is currently an Apopka High Junior and newly elected SGA President for the 2018-2019 school year. When she is not fulfilling duties as a student, she enjoys hanging out with her family and friends. She is ecstatic to be leading SGA alongside her Vice President Desiree Birriel and to work with her fellow new elected officers.

What do you enjoy about Apopka High?

What I enjoy about Apopka high school is the community we have, we have such a great community to help out the school.

What made you originally want to join SGA?

I really wanted to be really involved with the school and I knew being in SGA was the way to be involved and helping out Apopka high school.

Have you spoken with the senior presiding officers? Did they give you any advice?

Well, I originally wasn’t going to run for SGA president but the current president now came to me and said that I would make a great president and that I should run. Gracie is always willing to give me great tips for next year.

What are you eager to accomplish in your new role as an SGA officer in the 2018-2019 school year with Mr. Peters?

I think I’m eager to accomplish just a great year for everyone and Mr. Peters and also take on a challenge!

Are you excited to work with new fellow inducted presiding officers?

I am extremely excited to work with everyone next year! and can’t wait to see what next year has in store for us!
