Did you know that the water that flows into Lake Okeechobee from Orlando, and ends up in Everglades National Park  goes through a series of lakes and rivers? The headwaters are located here in Orlando in Shingle Creek, and from there it proceeds through a vast network of 21 lakes and rivers.
