Welcome!

The Freedom High School Performing Arts Department shares the same philosophy: Giving students artistic experiences in a non-competitive atmosphere. Our Performing Arts Department prides itself on providing high levels of performance for advanced students as well as offering arts experiences to those with little or no previous exposure.

With concert presentations at the Florida Music Education Association All-State Conference, the Florida Guitar Festival, Stetson University Day of Guitar, the Long Island Guitar Festival (NY), and performing with artists including Dr. Stephen Robinson, William Kanengiser, Dr. Robert Phillips, Christopher Gotzen-Berg, Harris Becker, Bobby Koelble, Dr. Ulisses Rocha and Dr. Eva Beneke, the FHS Guitar Program are recognized as a member of the international guitar community!

The Freedom High School Guitar Program is now a Guitar Foundation of America (GFA) Certified School! We are one of only a select few of schools in the nation to receive this distinction.
