Maybe your have seen the BIG GREEN BUTTON around Central Florida. There has been a significant shift in our nation that calls for a highly skilled, highly trained workforce– a workforce with specific skills essential to hiring employers. Having a degree is simply not enough. Students are also beginning to discover many job opportunities that don’t necessarily require a traditional college degree. Skilled labor has a place in our nation, and in today’s technology-centric world, skilled labor has a whole new meaning. In other words, this isn’t your grandpa’s vocational education anymore.
