7:30am Sound check on Arena floor for all members of Concert Choir
8:00am Senior call time for graduation
9:00am Graduation begins
11:00am Graduation ends
11:30am Meet Mr. Doherty at 4Rivers BBQ for lunch and to drop off your rental uniforms
12:30pm You are dismissed, thank you! You can go home.
Attire
Underclassmen will wear their full chorus uniform. BRING A FULL CHANGE OF CLOTHES. You will leave your rented chorus uniform with Mr. Doherty at 4 Rivers BBQ after graduation.
The Plan
We have arranged private transportation for all underclassmen for this activity. Make sure you leave the Boone area by 6:45am at the latest so that you arrive on the UCF campus by 7:15am. It will take you about 15 minutes to walk from a nearby parking garage to the arena floor.

Parking
Drivers with a “teacher parking pass” should attempt to park in Parking Garage F. If needed, try D or H.
How to get inside the Arena
The way for underclassmen (and parents) to gain access to the arena floor is through the loading dock and press entrance area. To find this, go to 50 West Plaza Dr (bit.ly/50wplaza). Using your best sense of direction, go towards the center of the building until you find the arena floor. We will be doing a sound check etc between 7:30-8:00am. If anyone stops you, you say that you’re performing with the choir for the Boone High School graduation.
