Dr. Phillips High School is accepting self-nominations for the Disney Dreamers and Doers award. Here’s how you can nominate yourself.
- Writes a paragraph (300 words or less) about a positive action you have taken at home, in school, or in the community that has inspired others, and makes their world, and our world a better place.
- Examples could be efforts in strengthening your family; conservation/environmental projects; helping others; safety; school achievement in spite of barriers; improving your schools; serving as a role model for siblings/friends; or any other positive action.
- You must select one teacher to champion/endorse your application. The teacher will write 75 words or less on why they support your application. Any information over the limit will not be considered.
- YOU MUST turn in the completed application (entry and teacher endorsement) to Mrs. Dorsett in Office 100 or by email to alisa.dorsett@ocps.net by February 25, 2016.
