Use the following link to access the Schedule Change Request Form. Make sure to use Google Chrome as your browser and login using your OCPS student account (Student Number@students.ocps.net) or Google account. Counselors will be using this form to gather schedule change requests and make any necessary changes, please be sure to ONLY submit the form once.
