Attention Panthers!!! October 10th-13th will be College Application Week here at Dr.Phillips High School. Each day will have a focus to help students and families through the college application process. There will be open labs during the week focusing on different aspects of the College Application process. Please feel free to contact Mr. Palmer with any questions, students/families make sure to sign-up for the Open Labs you plan on attending using the google form below.

***For Monday’s Open Lab you will need:
- Students and Parents need to sign up for a Federal Student Aid ID
- If you already have an FSA ID the process will go faster.
- 2015 Income Information (taxable and untaxed income)
- Social Security Card
- Driver’s License
- Alien Registration Card (eligible non-citizens)
- Dependent students: Your parent(s) information to support lines 1,2 & 3
Help with completing the FAFSA and determining if you are a dependent.
