Attention Seniors!!! October 23rd-27th will be College Application Week here at Dr.Phillips High School. Throughout the week there will be open labs focusing on different aspects of the College Application process. Please feel free to contact Mr. Palmer with any questions, students/families make sure to sign-up for the Open Labs you plan on attending using the google form below.

***For Monday’s Open Lab you will need:
- Students and Parents need to sign up for a Federal Student Aid ID
- If you already have an FSA ID the process will go faster.
- Parent/Guardian 2016 Income Information (taxable and untaxed income)
- If you plan on attending school starting in the summer you will also need 2015 Income Information
- Social Security Card/Registration Card
