Among the dozens of clubs and activities on campus, few rival the supportive help and guidance Math Center offers students.

“We have quality tutoring from great peer tutors who are sensitive to the individual need of the students,” Math Center sponsor Terri Tachon said.

The Math Center meets every Tuesday and Thursday from 2:15 p.m. to 3:15 p.m. in Room 13-207.  The goal is to offer all students the opportunity of one-on-one tutoring that will best help them understand and become confident in the subject they are studying.  Teachers may tutor a few students, but the majority are AP Calculus AB and BC students who volunteer to help their peers.
