Students if you would like your Counselor to write you a recommendation letter please either provide us a detailed resume or click and then print the Guidance Department Dr. Phillips High School College/University/Scholarship Recommendation packet attached below. The packet and/or resume must be given to your Counselor at least 3 weeks prior to the deadline date. Please be detailed in the information you provide and if needed attach additional pages to the packet.
