With the school year in progress, English teachers begin to assign essays, while seniors also start to prepare to submit college applications and essays. The Writing Center provides an opportunity for all students to bring their writing pieces for helpful tips and editing. The writing consultants are juniors and seniors their English teachers feel are qualified to help fellow students.
“I like helping [students] get better grades on a paper and it’s rewarding to see them do better,” senior consultant Alexis Lemay said.
The Writing Center is open during both lunches and is in Room 315.
