When entering junior or senior year, one may feel the stress of college readiness exams approaching. Preparing for the Scholastic Assessment Test or American College Test in the summer is a beneficial option to reduce pressure.
As a junior, Julianne Huhn attended both Owl Tutoring, located in Winter Park, for the SAT and C2, located near Dr. Phillips, for the ACT.
“[The classes] were worth it; I would recommend them both to others,” Huhn, senior, said. “C2 is more expensive, but they prepare you the most, especially with the set up of the test.”
Huhn saw her score increase 50 points on the SAT and one point on the ACT. As colleges become more competitive, high standardized test scores become increasingly important.
