Tomorrow night, the 30th annual Brave Aid will take place at 7 p.m.  The show will feature a variety of student and faculty talents.

Each year, the Student Government Association picks a charity as its recipient of the proceeds.  This year’s charity is The Russell Home a smaller, local organization which is dedicated to providing a safe and caring space for atypical children.

“[The money is going to charities in the Orlando community which I think is a good cause,” Dylan Forehand, who will be performing in a 15 person musical act, said.

Acts that will be featured in the performance include a song in sign language from Silent Expressions, Bravettes, Stixx and multiple singing acts.  One new act is a big band, that will be playing jazz music.

“This year the variety is bigger within the groups.  It beats hearing the same Adele song again and again,” Forehand said.

Tickets can be purchased at both A and B lunches Friday for $7 or at the door for $10.
