Chorus & Keyboard Students
- Please record a short video of you AND your parent/legal guardian agreeing to the guidelines stated in the Boone Chorus Program syllabus. This will be your electronic signature to everything discussed (uniforms, pfc’s, grading, etc). Sample script:”Hi I’m <insert your name> and this is my parent/guardian, <insert parent’s name> and we agree to the Boone Chorus Program guide with regard to fees, fundraising, uniforms and grading.”
