Instead of pouring a senior sidewalk, seniors can purchase a brick to be engraved upon for $20.  The school decided on the bricks in lieu of previous year’s sidewalks being destroyed.

“Senior sidewalks have been a tradition and this year we are altering it. [By selling bricks] we can pick them up and move them [if something happens],” Senior Class sponsor Sarah Kittrell said. “I’m hoping this will become a new tradition and withstand time.”

The bricks will have three lines of text with 13 characters per line, spaces count as a character.

The last day of the brick sales will be this Wednesday, April 23, 2012.  See an Senior Slass officer or Kittrell in Room 220 to purchase a brick or to answer any questions.

Line One:   John Doe

Line Two:  2011-2012

Line Three: GO BRAVES
