In a three set match on April 9, the boys’ varsity volleyball team fell to Bishop Moore.

The Hornets took the first set 20-25, taking the team out of system with their tough serving.

In the second set, the Hornets held a run over the team the entire game until 19-24 when the Braves closed the gap with a serving run from junior Zachary Robinson at 24-24.  Points alternated between the teams until Bishop Moore finished the set, 30-32.

The team wasn’t able to recover in the third set after falling behind and a timeout at 10-15.  The Hornets won 14-25, a 0-3 loss for the Braves.

The team now holds a 6-7 record and will play Lake Howell at Lake Howell on April 11, at 7 p.m.
