After playing a close game against Timber Creek (5-3-1), the boys soccer team won.

The game remained tied until the second half, when senior Daniel Hurtado scored the first and only goal of the game. Freshman Tyler White assisted Hurtado.

Preventing Timber Creek from scoring, junior Noah Franklin blocked six impending goals. Three of the six saves occurred consecutively.

Overall, two yellow cards were distributed throughout the game, one to the Braves, and the other to the Wolves.

Close to the end of the second half, senior co-captain Daniel Barr broke his ankle.

Join the boys (7-5) as they take on the Pioneers at Oak Ridge High School on Monday, Dec. 16 at 7:30 p.m.
