On Friday evening, the cheerleaders competed in the Metro Conference Championship.  Competing against other schools in the East division, they were first to perform.

Before the performance the Lady Braves prayed to wish all the teams good luck and a good performance.

When the music began the girls started their routine confident.  Until their final pyramid, where they had a fall, they had a flawless routine.

The Lady Braves took second, behind Winter Park, for the East Metro Conference.

Dr. Phillips placed first in the West Metro Conference, for the fifth straight time, and Evans took second.

The Lady Braves will compete in the FHSAA State Championship at the Silver Spurs Arena Jan. 30.  Their second place finish in the Regional Competition gives them a spot in the finals.
