Tuesday night, Lady Braves soccer took on the Oak Ridge Pioneers at Norton Baker Stadium.

The Lady Braves came out strong. Junior Jewell Mickelson set the tone for the night scoring the first goal within the first four minutes of the game. Freshman Megan Stearns, sophomore Catherine Demer, sophomore Jazmin Adlam, freshman Olivia Easterling, and junior Olivia Page each added a goal, bringing the score to 7-0 at the end of the first half.

After halftime the Lady Braves came out playing aggressive defense and forced Oak Ridge to miss a shot on goal. After the missed shot the Braves received possession of the ball and scored the final goal of the night. The Lady Braves mercy ruled the Oak Ridge Pioneers 8-0.

The Lady Braves are back in action on Dec. 2, at home, against Freedom High School at 7:30 p.m.
