Playing against Lake Nona, the boys’ tennis team earned their eighth win of the season on March 6. The final score was 7-0.
Senior Samuel Lampman played first, beating his opponent 8-0. Senior Remy Artavia played next finishing f 8-1. Artavia and Lampman teamed up later in a doubles match where they won 80.
Juniors Davis Coleman and Ronald Heinkel both won in their singles matches earning scores of 8-5 and 8-1 respectively. The two also won in their doubles match 8-1. Freshman Shaun Mealy played the final singles match finishing 8-0.
The boys will face Olympia at Lake Crane on March 11 at 3:30 p.m.
