The girls’ swim team took on a tough matchup against Timber Creek on Wednesday, Sept. 16.

The night started with a strong performance from junior Victoria Pratt, who won the 200 freestyle.  Junior Grace Easterling placed second in 200 IM.

The meet continued with highlights such as sophomore Valerie Campanalie taking second in the 100 fly, sophomore Eleanor McDonald taking third in the 500 free.  Easterling and sophomore Grace McGee finishing first and third respectively in the 100 free. Junior Victoria Pratt also won the 100 Back.

The night ended with the relay team (Pratt, junior Cardinal Hastings, McDonald, and Easterling) earning a second place finish.

After putting up a tough fight, the girls still lost to Timber Creek, 67-107.

Come support our girls swim team at the Wadeview Pool on Sept. 23 as they take on Colonial.
