Braves bowling played Circle Christian on Tuesday, Sept. 15, at Colonial Lanes.

The boys began with a great start with freshman Jacob Hopper rolling a strike in the first frame. Later in the same frame, Hopper rolled a turkey and helped the team get a win in their first game of the night, 827-784.

Junior Dezmond King had the second highest points with a 208 in the match pushing the boys even further to a win.

The girls gave it their all, but they didn’t win their first game leaving them behind, 555-993.

Sophomore Kimberly Bell had the lead with an individual score of 129 in the first game and 140 in the second, but the girls still fell short in both games.

The boys ended the match with another win, 2318-2003, bringing them to a 4-0 start.  However, the girls couldn’t seem to rack up the points to beat Circle Christian.

Come out and support Braves bowling team as they take on the Edgewater Eagles Monday, Sept. 21, at Colonial Lanes.
