The boys lacrosse team (9-4) took on Winter Park Wildcats (12-2) on April 1.

In the first half, senior Luke Magley started the night with the Braves first goal. Magley scored again within five minutes bringing the score to 2-4. The Wildcats kept on getting around senior goalie Tyler Davidson pulling up the score to 3-9.

Sophomore Jack Reddeck scored making it a 4-9 game, then Magley scored again bringing the score up to 5-9. The Wildcats scored again within three minutes, 5-10.

Sophomore Colin Kelly added another goal, 6-10. At the end of the third quarter Wildcats lead 11-6. Junior Tanner Woods scored making the score 7-12.

Freshman Trent Muniz assisted junior Davis Pittenger allowing him to score the team’s last goal of the night, 8-14. With three minutes left in the game, the Wildcats scored again, making it an 8-15 game.

The team’s next game is on April 6 at Timber Creek. It will be the District Semi-finals.
