The girls lacrosse team (9-6) played Lake Highland Preparatory School at Lake Highland for districts final game on April 19. The Lady Braves went into the game ready to face the Highlanders after beating the Timber Creek Wolves on April 17.

To start the game, the Highlanders scored on the Braves four times within the first five minutes of the game, 0-5. Shortly after, the Highlanders turned the ball over to the Lady Braves.

On defense, junior Payton Johnson blocked a goal attempted by Lake Highland but the team continued to scored three additional times, making the score 0-8.

Striving to make a goal, senior Kara Gentry attempted to make a goal but missed.

Johnson blocked another goal attempted by Lake highland but the Highlanders scored three more times ending the first half, 0-11.

In the second half, the Lady Braves attempted to defend the Highlanders but the team scored eight more goals.

The game ended 0-19. The girls finished the season as district final runner ups with a record of 9-7.
