Braves bowling took on the Edgewater Eagles on Monday, Sept. 21 resulting with the boys’ sixth win.  

Within the first game, freshman Jacob Hopper rolled two turkeys and earned his best score of the season, 257.  The boys ended the first game 975-618, crushing Edgewater.  

Junior Kimberly Bell, who ended with a 118, led the girls team.  However, that was not enough to win. The Lady Braves fell short, 481-619, to the Eagles.

Hopper led the boys team through the second game with a 181.  They ended their game barely beating Edgewater and bringing the score to 1640-1230.  

Bell helped the Lady Braves tally points, but the team lost game two, 973-1235.

Pulling the boys through the last game, Hopper rolled 234 pins.  This brought the boys’ final score to 2372-1844.

Sophomore Serina Wright brought the Lady Braves to the finish line with a 133.  The Lady Braves finished 1504-1814, marking their sixth loss.

Come support the Braves on Wednesday, Sept. 23, at Boardwalk Bowl as they take on the East River Flacons.
