It’s no surprise 16-year-old Charli D’Amelio loves Dunkin’ Donuts coffee. Her TikToks with millions of views, promote her favorite coffee chain in a variety of different ways. Now, she even has her own drink there.

Her Dunkin‘ obsession has been no secret, since she has always been seen promoting Dunkin’ items. The company even sent her a cold brew coffee machine. D’Amelio also advertised her drink on her TikTok and Instagram, showing her going through the drive-thru and ordering her drink, while wearing her special Dunkin’ mask. 

When a fan asked her coffee order via Snapchat, she told them a medium iced cold brew with whole milk and caramel drizzle.

The appeal of the drink is because she is promoting it, and though many people say it is worth the hype, not everyone enjoys the sugary sweet aftertaste of the drink. 

This drink contains 36 grams of sugar, giving it a very sweet taste. To order this drink in a medium size, it costs $3.19. After attempting to order one small Charli and one small cold brew with whole milk and caramel swirl, the drive thru employee replied with “so two Charli’s,” there is no difference between ordering “the Charli” and ordering the specific drink.

The drink tasted very sweet, but delicious. It has a strong taste of caramel, and a very sugary aftertaste.

Even if one doesn’t like the taste of coffee, the caramel flavoring is satisfactory and enjoyable for only $3.19. Even if one doesn’t like the taste of coffee, the caramel flavoring is overwhelming. 

This drink could also appeal to coffee lovers, considering it is a cold brew but the strong coffee flavor is masked by the caramel.

The drink from Dunkin is very cost effective compared to other large coffee chains such as Starbucks. Overall, the feedback received from the drink is positive, specifically from D’Amelio’s younger audience. Her audience can be found making Tik Toks showing them ordering and trying the drink. 

Since D’Amelio began promoting this coffee company, Dunkin’s popularity has increased.

By sharing her love for coffee, the company is profiting off the TikTok users familiar with D’Amelio. Her love for coffee is shared with the rest of her supporters, so they can associate the sweet drink with one of their favorite social media stars.
