One can choose individual workouts or set up a structured four week or 30 day program to get toned, lean and strong. The workouts can be customized and fit into one’s schedule. Instead of having to wake up at 5 a.m. to go to a spinning class one can workout anytime of the day with this app.

The Nike+ Training Club features more than 100 workouts by Nike master trainers and world-class athletes like Serena Williams. The app includes instructions for each workout step-by-step. With the instruction and motivation one is even closer to obtaining her goal.

This app includes full body workouts ranging from 15-45 minutes, step-by-step visual and video demos to show one how to do each drill, audio guidance for help to stay on track, it allows the user to favorite workouts she especially likes and tracks progress.
