Princeton ES has a long-standing commitment to excellence with rich history and traditions. Princeton has consistently been rated an “A” school by the Florida Department of Education and recently designated a School of Excellence and OCPS School of Innovation. Our mission is to facilitate service learning through STEAM practices in order to develop students into globally conscious problem solvers. We believe providing positive and memorable experiences is the key to ensuring the academic growth and emotional well-being of our students.
Principal Amanda Maxwell has been working in education for over 14 years in a variety of capacities including speech therapist, elementary teacher, instructional coach and district support, Florida Department of Education administrator, and an assistant principal. However, she believes her current role is were her passion lies. It is important to Amanda that all children are provided every advantage to be successful, challenged and grow into scholars and responsible citizens. School should be a positive, safe, and, above all, fun environment that facilitates learning and positive relationships. It is her mission to facilitate this type of experience for every student that walks through the doors of Princeton Elementary.
