On Tuesday, Nov. 29, the boy’s soccer team (1-6) took on the Oak Ridge Pioneers (10-0) on the Reservation.

In the first couple of minutes of the game, Oak Ridge received a yellow card giving junior Jonathan De Lucca a free kick.

In the middle of the first half, junior Ivan Landin took a shot on goal but missed.

Another foul on Oak Ridge, senior Matthew Barr took a free kick, shot on goal but missed.

At the halftime mark, the score remained 0-1.

In the beginning of the second half the Pioneers scored making it 0-2.

A few minutes later Oak Ridge received a red card.

Jonathan De Lucca takes a shot on goal but missed.

Senior Hunter Strickland takes a shot on goal but missed.

Goal by Oak Ridge setting the score, 0-3.

Free kick for Oak Ridge turned into a goal bringing the score, 0-4.

Oak Ridge scores making it, 0-5.

Scoring again the Pioneers bring the score to 0-6.

A great header and shot on goal by senior Zachary Cox but Oak Ridge saved.

Even with effort, the team falls short to the Oak Ridge Pioneers, 0-6.

Come out and support the Braves on Thursday, Dec. 1, on the Reservation at 7:30 p.m. as they take on Freedom High School (5-1).
